The loan pre-application is utilized to ensure that the proposed project meets the eligibility criteria of the REDEC/RRC loan programs and that the proposed financing structure best meets the needs of both the lender and borrower.  The pre-application is used for all loan requests and it can be faxed to 607-936-8081 or mailed to:
