About Us
REDEC Relending Corporation (RRC) is a nonprofit revolving loan fund serving Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tioga counties for over 30 years. Our organization also administers small business lending for the Regional Economic Development and Energy Corporation (REDEC) and the Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Corporation (STREDC). As a nonprofit economic development organization, we work to strengthen local communities by improving access to capital and providing hands-on support for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
We specialize in SBA Microloans and other flexible financing tools designed to meet the needs of both early-stage and established businesses, particularly in rural areas where access to capital is limited. In addition to lending, we offer one-on-one business mentoring, financial coaching, and workshops to help local businesses grow and thrive.
With deep local roots, strong partnerships, and a focus on long-term impact, we are committed to fostering vibrant communities and local economies across the Southern Tier.
We are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and renewal following a leadership transition. This is a pivotal time to join our team as we strengthen our programs, expand our reach, and refresh our approach to supporting entrepreneurs in our region.
